The
Healthy Families Program provides health, dental, and vision
insurance to eligible children who do not have insurance and
are not eligible for no-cost Medi-Cal. It helps parents get
affordable and comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance
coverage for their children.
Who
is Eligible?

 Children
1-year-old and up to their 19th birthday
|
| |
The
family income must be at or below 200% of the Federal Income
Guidelines
|
| |
The
child must not have been covered by an employer sponsored
health insurance for the previous three (3) months
|
| |
The
child cannot be eligible for no-cost Medi-Cal
|
| |
The
child must be a United States citizen or a qualified alien
|
| |
The
child must live in the state of California
|
| |
The
child must not currently have health insurance |
