About the Agency:
The Community Action Partnership of Madera County (CAPMC) is a nonprofit corporation founded and incorporated in 1965. It is guided in its efforts jointly by the Madera County Board of Supervisors and a Board of Directors representing elected officials, low-income, labor, business, education, religion, and other major private organizations.

Our Mission:
Helping people, changing lives and making our community a better place to live.

Our Vision:
Fulfilling the promise of Community Action Agency - eliminate poverty in our community by providing for everyone the opportunity for education and training, the opportunity to work and the opportunity to live in decency and dignity.

Our Promise:
