The
Relief for Energy Assistance through Community Help (REACH)
program is an emergency assistance program. It helps clients
with P.G.& E bills who are in a crisis situation (15
day, 48 hour notices and shut-offs).
How
to Apply:
Clients
must be income eligible and be referred to this agency by
Information and Referral located at the Department of Social
Services, (559) 675-2434.
