Camp Ted E. Bear:
Camp Ted E. Bear offers one 4-day, overnight camp for children of domestic violence. The goal of the program is to attempt to offset the negative effects of witnessing violence by providing a structured day camp program. Children learn to: express feelings including anger, improve communication, problem solving and cognitive coping skills. They learn to increase their self-esteem, develop safety plans and enjoy and feel safe in a group environment.

Volunteer Program:
Training is available throughout the year for those interested in helping victims of crime. Volunteers provide crisis intervention over the crisis-line, provide support to victims at the hospital or crime scenes, assist at the battered women's shelter, manage case loads, provide community education and work on special projects that help to increase services to victims in our community.

Community Education:
Education and training is available in any area involving victims' issues. Trained staff and volunteers provide educational presentations to the community, social service agencies, clubs and school. Curriculum is customized to meet the specific needs of a group. A resource lending library is available to those interested in learning more about issues that affect victims of crime and how to better assist through the healing process.

Self Defense and Prevention Programs:
